Welcome to Brickerzclub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our LEGO rental services, website, and related properties (the "Services"), operated by Brickerzclub ("we", "us", or "our") in the State of Texas. By creating an account, subscribing, or placing a reservation, you agree to these Terms.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), have the legal capacity to enter a contract, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2Subscription Services
Brickerzclub offers two subscription tiers: Star ($40/month) and Elite ($60/month). Each tier allows up to four (4) rentals per calendar month, with one (1) active rental at a time. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing and benefits are subject to change with 30 days notice.
3Rental Rules
All rentals must be returned within 30 days of pickup in the same condition they were received, including all pieces, minifigures, and instructions. You are responsible for missing or damaged pieces and may be charged replacement fees at our standard rate. Sets not returned within 60 days are considered lost and the customer is charged full retail replacement cost.
4Party Bookings
Party bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation, with the balance due prior to the event. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
5Trade-Ins
Trade-in services are available by appointment. Sets are evaluated for completeness, condition, and market demand. Store credit is issued upon acceptance, at our sole discretion, and is valid for one year. We reserve the right to decline any trade-in.
6Payments and Billing
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for subscription fees, rental fees, party deposits, replacement parts, and any other amounts owed. Failed payments may result in account suspension.
7Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your customer dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial months. Refunds for specific items are handled case-by-case.
8Damage and Liability
You are responsible for the care of rented sets while in your possession. Reasonable wear is expected; however, damaged boxes, broken pieces, stains, or pet-related damage may result in fees. Brickerzclub is not liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of LEGO sets. LEGO bricks are not suitable for children under three (3) years.
9Privacy and Data
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services you consent to those practices.
10Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or on the site. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
