Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original packaging where applicable. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@brickerzclub.com. Brickerzclub is pickup-only — once your return is approved, bring the item to the Brickerzclub store where you collected it (during open hours) and our staff will process the refund on the spot. Items left at the store without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order at the time of pickup and contact our staff immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damage discovered after pickup, contact us within 7 days with photo evidence.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Opened LEGO® sets — once a sealed set has been opened, it cannot be returned as new. Opened sets may be eligible for trade-in toward store credit (see our trade-in policy).
- Pre-owned sets purchased as inspected — refundable only if the set is materially different from the listing description.
- Sale items, store credit, and gift cards are non-refundable.
- Rental subscriptions and $5 lifetime club membership follow separate terms — see our Terms of Service.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Rental subscription deposits
The refundable $45 deposit collected when you start a rental subscription is returned in full when (a) you end your subscription and (b) all rented sets are returned in good condition with all pieces. Open missing-parts charges are deducted from the deposit at refund time.
Party booking deposits
The 25% deposit collected at party-booking approval is refundable up to 7 days before the event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the deposit. If we cancel for any reason on our side, all payments are refunded in full.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days via Stripe. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If your original payment method is no longer active (expired card, closed account), we will issue equivalent store credit instead.
